Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

What's up my good people.

First off, had to butcher that quote to fit it. None to happy with that but I really wanted to quote my boy Woody Allen.

Anyways, it's 1 in the morning and I wanted to finish this Dark Knight thing I am doing for a print and at a crucial moment in between inking and penciling it I run out of fucking lead in my mechanical pencil. Oh no, what a personal disaster. I could switch totally to a different kind of pencil but I dunno, I really don't feel like that. So I'll probably stay up till three past a Dawson's Creek rerun on TV and keep inking on thin ice.

f you are still reading you probably wonder two if not three things. One being why haven't I stopped reading this? Why is Ramon telling me this? And of course, which episode of the Creek is on TV in about 40 minutes? To answer the most important first, its the one where Pacey has Joey secretary for him in the last season to disastrous/hilarious results. I'm telling you this because I am venting my frustration with the obscenities that I have peppered through this blog. You are reading this because... well I dunno, either you are really boring or I am REALLY engaging. Possibly a lethal cocktail of both ingredients?

Also...

This picture is hinging on being good and awful, it could still go either way. I'm not sure what will determine whether or not it sucks but I'm going to add more nervous energy and India ink and pray to a nonexistent god for the best.

Oh shit, on a totally unrelated note, I watched License to Drive today/yesterday and it was pretty spectacular. I understand why the Coreys were so hot in the 80s now.

I got tired of your going on and on about that Batman print thing and skipped to the end about the Coreys. As much as I loved Lost Boys and am anxiously awaiting Lost Boys 2 to be released direct to DVD, I'd have to say Dream A Little Dream was their master work. Brilliant film. If for nothing else than the dance work between Corey Feldman and Jason Robards during the credits.
